1. Organiser

The draw is organised by AS Maris Gilden, Vasara 50b, 50113 Tartu, Estonia, tel. +372 730 6040, e-mail maris@gilden.ee (the “organiser” or “we”). The draw is held on the website marisgilden.ee among the subscribers of the Taste Club (Maitseklubi) newsletter. Taking part is free and does not require a purchase.

2. Time of the draw

• The draw takes place once a month. By default it is held on the last day of the month at 12:00 Estonian time.
• The exact time of the draw and the prize of the month are always shown on the Taste Club page, together with a countdown to the draw.
• Everyone who joined the Taste Club before the draw time takes part. Those who join later take part in the next draw.

3. Who may take part

A natural person may take part if they:

• are at least 18 years old;
• have joined the Taste Club on marisgilden.ee and are an active subscriber at the time of the draw (have not unsubscribed);
• have not won a Taste Club draw in the previous 12 months.

One person takes part with one e-mail address. Employees of AS Maris Gilden do not take part.

4. Prize

• The prize is a product from our range or a set or gift announced on the Taste Club page. The prize is announced on the page before the draw.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If the prize cannot be handed over for reasons beyond our control, we replace it with a product of equal value.
• Each draw has one winner and one prize unless the page says otherwise.

5. How the winner is chosen

• At the time of the draw, software picks the winner at random from the active subscribers who meet the conditions in section 3.
• The draw is logged: the number of participants, the time and the winner. The organiser’s staff do not influence the choice.
• If there is no eligible participant at the time of the draw, no draw is held that month.

6. Notification and deadlines

• The winner receives an e-mail on the day of the draw in the language they subscribed in (Estonian, Russian or English).
• The organiser contacts the winner within 3 working days to arrange the handover of the prize.
• The winner replies to the e-mail with the delivery details: name, phone number and parcel locker, or a wish to collect the prize at the office.
• If the winner does not reply within 14 days of the notification, they forfeit the prize and the organiser draws a new winner under the same rules.

7. Delivery of the prize

• The prize is sent to a parcel locker of the winner’s choice in Estonia or handed over at the organiser’s office in Tartu (Vasara 50b) during working hours.
• Delivery to a parcel locker in Estonia is paid by the organiser. The prize is not sent outside Estonia.
• The prize is handed over within 30 days after the winner has provided the delivery details.

8. Publication of the winner

• The organiser may publish the winner’s first name, the initial of the surname and the prize on the Taste Club page (“Past draws”) and in the newsletter.
• The winner’s full name, photo or other details are published only with the winner’s explicit consent.
• The winner may ask us not to publish their name; in that case we show only the prize.

9. Personal data

• For the draw we use the Taste Club subscriber’s e-mail address, name (if given), language and time of subscription. From the winner we additionally ask for a phone number and delivery details.
• The winner’s data (name, e-mail, delivery details) is kept for 12 months to apply the “one win in 12 months” rule, and for as long as accounting legislation requires where the prize has to be recorded in the accounts.
• The winner notification is sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France); the subscriber list is kept by MailerLite UAB (Lithuania). For delivery we pass the winner’s name and phone number to the parcel locker operator.
• Unsubscribing before the draw means withdrawing from the draw. Your other rights and a full description of the processing are in the privacy policy.

10. Rights of the organiser

• The organiser may change the time of the draw, the prize or these rules, or cancel a draw, by giving notice on the Taste Club page. Changes do not affect draws already held.
• The organiser may exclude a participant who breaks the rules, uses a fake or someone else’s e-mail address, or takes part with several addresses.
• The organiser is not liable if the winner cannot be reached because of an error in the e-mail address or because the e-mail lands in spam.
• Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
